I have a vintage (late 70s-mid 80s) style Schwinn Sprint road bike. The frame size is 19" with a step through steel frame with a stand over height of 26". I would recommend this bike for someone approximately 5'3" to 5'8". I'm 5'9" and after years of riding this awesome bike, I've finally come to admit that it is too short for me
